How To Submit An Application To Us

1. Please fill out the application COMPLETELY.
2. Please use only trade references that you have NET terms with. We do not accept credit card companies as trade references.
3. Please use COMPARATIVE trade references. Meaning if you are seeking a $50k line of credit, provide us with companies that have given you that sort of credit line, or something close to that amount in the past.
4. For faster processing you may want to include 3 months bank statements from your business bank account. We only need the page with the opening and closing balances on it.
5. Fax back documents to 702-548-5166 attn: Shelly. Please note that incomplete applications can not be processed.
6. It will take up to 3 days for us to evaluate your credit and respond back to you.

Please note that this program is not open to start up businesses. In order to qualify you must have owned and managed your business for a minimum of 3 years
